Our rates start from £95 per hour. We’ll always explain costs clearly before any work begins, and we’ll talk you through your options so there are no surprises.
Once a year. An annual service keeps your boiler safe, efficient, and helps prevent breakdowns — it can also protect your manufacturer warranty and some home-insurance policies. If you’re a landlord, you’re required to have an annual gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe engineer.
